When the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel was built, the architect needed fire-rated glass for their firewalls, and wire glass was the only available specification. Our founder tracked down Contra-Flam — a German-engineered fire-rated glass that could withstand 1,000°F on one side while staying cool to the touch on the other. That kind of problem-solving is what separates a craftsman from an installer.
